About the Business
Established in 2007 TTSS originally provided the installation and maintenance of telephone systems, but since then has grown to offer a range of security services. Despite our growth in expertise, TTSS remains independent with the same strong, belief in the importance of class leading customer service and treating every customer, no matter how small, with our highest level of attention and service.
Any company is only as good as its worst member of staff; it is therefore no surprise that we have taken many years to obtain, train and mould our employees into working with us rather than for us, with the common goal of meeting and hopefully surpassing our customers' expectations. An impressive 60% of new enquiries come from recommendations, which we believe is a testament to the quality of our customer service.
During our years of service within the security industry, we have developed strong relationships with many local police forces and major insurance companies.
